Guided Grip 18-Piece Knife Set with Block

The Guided Grip feature is designed with a grip area on the bolster of each knife, where the handle meets the blade, that naturally encourages the "pinch grip" used by professional chefs to provide optimum control.
The 18-piece set includes an 8-inch chef's knife, an 8-inch slicing knife, an 8-inch serrated bread knife, a 7-inch Santoku knife, a 6-1/2-inch sandwich knife, a 5-1/2-inch serrated utility knife, a 3-1/2-inch paring knife, a 3-1/4-inch peeler, and eight 4-1/2-inch steak knives. It also includes a pair of shears with an opener and a natural Acacia wood block with a built-in sharpener.
