The SHARPAL 191H Pocket Kitchen Chef Knife & Scissors Sharpener is a multi-function suction cup sharpener with a range of features. It boasts tungsten carbide blades for quick edge setting and ceramic blades for fine honing, as well as a specially designed tungsten carbide blade to sharpen scissors quickly and easily. The preset optimal sharpening angle ensures consistent results.
The powerful suction cup base is two times stronger than other similar products, allowing for safer one-handed use. The sharpener's premium abrasive material has been tested 10,000 times, ensuring durability and longevity. Its compact size makes it easy to store, measuring just 2.75 inches in diameter and 2.32 inches in height.
The SHARPAL 191H can sharpen a variety of knives, including household/kitchen straight-edge knives like chef, paring, peeling, utility, slicing, and Santoku knives, as well as outdoor/sporting straight-edge knives such as pocket, hunting, fillet, tactical, and fixed-blade knives. It can also sharpen serrated knives, using the fine ceramic slot, and scissors (except sewing scissors).
Using the sharpener is straightforward. Simply press the black switch on the back to firmly attach it to a table, insert the blade into the appropriate sharpening slot at a 90-degree angle, and gently pull the knife from heel to tip. For scissors, make sure the beveled side of the blade is fully leaned against the carbide blade, and draw the scissors from hinge to tip.
